一．用途Usage

   切膠機是橡膠廠常用的原材料加工設備之一，其用途是把天然膠或合成膠塊切成便于混煉的小塊， 使之符合使用要求。

3.該設備工作時，將生膠塊置于切刀下方，利用液壓油缸的壓力使切刀將生膠塊切成便于煉膠用的小膠塊。

4．膠塊切的越小，對塑煉機的阻力就越小，大大提高了塑煉速度和效率，達到了省電、省力、減少能源消耗    的目的，同時也減少了塑煉設備的損壞，延長使用壽命.

3. During working, put the raw rubber block below the cutting knife and cut the raw rubber into small pcs suitable for rubber mixing by pressure of hydraulic oil cylinder. 

4. Smaller pcs of rubber with smaller resistance of mixing machine which can improve greatly the speed and efficiency of mixing , save power, save labor and reduce energy consumption, but also reduce the damage of mixing equipment and prolong the service life.
