本體和銷軸材質為優質合金鋼，經過熱處理。 55T～300T最大試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的2倍，400T最大試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的1.5倍，500T～2000T最大試驗載荷為額定工作載荷的1.33倍，最小破斷載荷均為額定工作載荷的4倍。 卸扣本體采用模鍛和自由鍛相結合的制造方式。 螺母分圓形和六角形兩種。 卸扣經過磁粉探傷檢測，確保沒有任何影響強度的缺陷。 每個卸扣上都有額定工作載荷標識。 寬體卸扣普遍用于連接吊裝帶、鋼絲繩索具；大半徑的弓頂，可免于使用套環，提高吊裝帶和鋼絲繩索具的耐磨性。 表面處理：電鍍鋅、熱鍍鋅、油漆。

1000T、1250T、1500T、2000T。
