我廠位于連霍高速鞏義東出口處，東約500米。是生產各種薯類產品的廠家。我廠生產的薯類淀粉加工設備，具有經久耐用、動力小、效率高，省電、省力、用人少，生產加工成本低，對縣、鄉、村集體和個人都適用。多年來，我廠產品暢銷全國各地，深受廣大用戶好評。
生產時可配用四輪拖拉機、柴油機、電動機使用，是農民兄弟、個體加工戶的理想加工設備。 以前生產的分離筒篩網需用縫紉機加工，沒有支撐架，不耐用，更換是費工費時。現5種機型全部改用新型框架式分離羅筒，使篩網耐磨、耐用，更換維修十分方便。篩網正常使用一個星期更換、清洗，時間過長會因篩網堵塞而影響生產量和出粉率。
更換篩網時先擰去大皮帶里面三個19的螺絲帽，去下膠墊，然后從后面半圓的出渣口將羅架整體拉出，毛刷軸不動，在松去篩網的鎖緊螺絲即可更換。
工作時應先開水管，物料下完后再空轉加水10分鐘左右，防止篩網堵塞粘結。
常見故障排除：不出渣，不分離：供水不足，刺齒磨損，需加大水量，刺齒重新加沖，調整皮帶松緊度，如有渣皮、渣塊和漿內有雜物定是篩網損壞，需更換篩網，加工時物料需清洗干凈。
淀粉機性能和技術參數：
1、全封閉機體，無漏水、漏渣、漏漿現象.
2、整機穩定性能好，噪音低。
3、可一次完成渣、漿分離，淀粉純凈，渣內不含渣皮、渣塊、丁狀物。
4、節約耗材，自動進薯、破碎、分離、排漿、排渣。
5、刺輥帶水工作，縮短了渣粉漿空氣中的氧化反應，提高淀粉純白度。
6、漿渣分離度98以上，殘渣含粉率2左右.

The potato starch processing equipment produced by our factory has the advantages of durability, sm all power, high efficiency, power saving, labor-saving, less employing, and low production and processing cost, which is applicable to the county, township, village collective and individual. Over the years, our products sell well all over the country and are well received by the m ajority of users.
It can be equipped with four-wheel tractor, d e isel engine and electric motor in production. It is an ideal processing equipment for farmers and individual processors. In the past, the screen of separating cylinder needs to be processed by sewing m achine. There is no support fra me, so it is not durable. It is time-consuming to replace it. At present, the new fra me type separation roller is used in all the five models, which m akes the screen wear-resistant, durable and convenient for replacement and m aintenance. If the screen is replaced and cleaned after one week's norm al use, if the screen is blocked for a long time, the production capacity and powder yield will be affected.
To replace the screen, first screw off the three 19 screw caps in the large belt, remove the rubber pad, and then pull out the whole roller fra me from the slag outlet in the back semicircle, and the brush shaft does not move. After loosening the locking screw of the screen mesh, it can be replaced.
When working, the water pipe should be opened first. After the m aterial is unloaded, the water will be added for about 10 minutes to prevent the screen from blocking and sticking.
Common troubleshooting: no slag, no separation: water supply is insufficient, thorn teeth wear, need to increase water, thorn teeth flush again, adjust the belt tightness, if there is slag skin, slag block and impurities in the pulp, the screen screen must be replaced, and the m aterials should be cleaned during processing.
Perform ance and technical para meters of starch m achine:
1. Fully enclosed body, no water leakage, slag leakage, slurry leakage
2. The whole m achine has good stability and low noise.
3. It can complete the separation of slag and pulp at one time, the starch is pure, and there is no slag skin, slag block and sm all substance in the slag.
4. Saving consum ables, aut o m atic feeding, crushing, separation, slurry discharge, slag discharge.
5. The air oxidation reaction of slag slurry was shortened and the whiteness of starch was improved.
6. The separation degree of pulp and slag is above 98, and the powder content of residue is about 2.
