道口標(biāo)志樁模具在進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)制作的時(shí)候，為了能夠更好的保證生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的混凝土預(yù)制塊的質(zhì)量，我們應(yīng)該選擇使用較好的混凝土漿料來(lái)對(duì)其進(jìn)行加工制作，今天我廠就為各位客戶介紹以下該如何使用該模具進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)工作。首先道口標(biāo)志樁模具因?yàn)檎w采用的是鋼板材料進(jìn)行制作的，并且其整體設(shè)計(jì)成了鋼板需要使用螺絲進(jìn)行固定的樣式，工人在使用前應(yīng)該對(duì)整套模具進(jìn)行檢查，從而保證模具質(zhì)量沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，不會(huì)影響模具的生產(chǎn)使用。其次將模具組裝好之后，我們應(yīng)該使用脫模劑對(duì)其表面進(jìn)行涂刷，從而使混凝土漿料與其會(huì)形成一定的縫隙，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)粘膜的情況，這樣還能夠很好的保證模具在脫模的時(shí)候能夠比較快的完成脫模，并且混凝土制塊表面還不會(huì)受到損壞。之后就是向道口標(biāo)志樁模具進(jìn)行混凝土漿料的灌料工作了，動(dòng)作應(yīng)該盡量緩慢，不要蠶進(jìn)過(guò)多的空氣，防止生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的混凝土制塊表面存在比較多的縫隙，成型效果較差，如果有震動(dòng)平臺(tái)的話也可以對(duì)其進(jìn)行振搗，這樣就可以充分的將里面的空氣排出來(lái)了。

Secondly, after the mold is assembled, we should use the release agent to brush its surface, so that the concrete slurry will form a certain gap with it without mucous membrane, which can also ensure that the mold can be removed quickly during demoulding, and the surface of the concrete block will not be damaged. After that, the concrete slurry is poured into the crossing sign pile mold. The action should be as slow as possible. Do not inject too much air to prevent more cracks on the surface of the produced concrete block and poor forming effect. If there is a vibrating platform, it can also be vibrated, so that the air inside can be fully discharged.
