一、進口三閥組結構作用：

三閥組是在安裝和撤除的時候,需要用到平衡閥.否則,差壓的量程一般很小,如果廠家的過載能力不強,很容易損壞,在流量傳感器儀表接入工藝管道時要用“三閥組”，作用是：

1、在管道由初始狀態（空）加入介質時，傳感器兩側壓力會突然變化，壓差增大，為避免，應先關閉傳感器兩側的閥A、B，打開旁通閥C；

2、在介質充滿管道，并趨近平穩、平衡后，逐漸打開A、B，使傳感器兩側均勻施加壓力；

3、*關閉閥C，傳感器開始正常工作；

4、關閉順序與上述情況相反。此外，三閥組還有其它作用，如運行一段時間后清洗管道，傳感器部分不受影響（管路被旁通）

 

二、進口三閥組描述：

德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口三閥組可配接：3051、3095、1151、EJA、FX-2、FCX-A/C及霍尼韋爾ST3000系列等變送器,由閥體、二個截止閥及一個平衡閥組成,差壓變送器投入運行時的操作程序,打開差壓變送器上兩個排污閥，而后打開平衡閥，再慢慢打開二個截止閥，將導壓管內的空氣或污物排除掉,關閉二個排污閥，再關閉平衡閥，變送器即可投入運行。 差壓變送器零點在線校驗操作程序：先打開平衡閥，關閉二個截止閥，即可對變送器進行零點校驗。

4. The closing sequence is the reverse of the above. In addition, the three valve group has other functions, such as cleaning the pipeline after a period of operation, and the sensor part is not affected (the pipeline is bypassed)
