閥體和膜片的緊密配合提供閥體密封和閥座密封,確保了管道內部和外部環境完全隔絕,所以該閥門適用于無菌過程。

進口衛生級隔膜閥開啟和關閉是由閥桿的上下運動來實現。當閥桿處于上位時,球形膜片向上彎曲閥門形成導通狀態。當閥桿由上往下運動時帶動閥芯使膜片彎曲,被迫膜片緊帖閥座區或,關閉了管道流體通向路徑。

該閥門可手動操作,也可氣動操作,還可以通過智能控制器控制。
