進口軌道球閥結構特點

1、無關無磨損:球體偏離閥座后再轉動消除了閥座的磨擦,解決了傳統球閥、閘閥、旋塞閥的閥座磨損問題。

2、單閥座設計:軌道閥門的靜態單閥座能夠保障零泄露,避免了雙向閥座閥門的內腔壓力升高的問題。

進口軌道球閥工作原理

順時針轉動手輪,閥桿上設有準確導向槽使球體順時針轉動90度,在閥桿的楔臂作用下球體向前擺動迫使球體密封面靠貼閥座密封面,達到密封效果。逆時針轉動手輪使閥桿上升,球芯在閥桿楔臂和閥桿準確導向槽的作用下,先離開密封面(無摩擦)后球體逆時針轉動90度,達到軌道球閥 的開啟。

凸輪的原理使得閥球在旋轉中與閥座密封面脫離,旋轉到位后再將閥球推向閥座實現密封。當閥門處于全開位置時,瞬時針轉動手輪,在閥桿螺母與止推軸承配合下,閥桿開始下降并帶動球體開始旋轉。連接轉動手輪,閥桿上的精密螺旋曲線槽軌道,與嵌于其內的導向銷相互作用,帶動球體隨閥桿不停地按順時針方向轉動。當閥門將要關閉時,閥桿帶動球體在與閥座密封面完全無摩擦的情況下旋轉了90°。繼續轉動手輪,再次下降的閥桿通過閥桿下端的凸輪結構機械地壓迫球體,使球體密封面與閥座密封面緊密接觸,從而達到密封的目的。軌道硬密封球閥處于全關位置時逆時針轉動手輪,在閥桿螺母與止推軸承的配合下,閥桿開始上升,并帶動球體開始旋轉,。連續轉動手輪,閥桿會在向上升的同時帶動球體趨向閥座。軌道硬密封球閥將要開啟時,閥桿上的精密螺旋曲線槽軌道與嵌于其中的導向銷相互作用帶動球體在與閥座密封面完全無摩擦的情況下不停地按逆時針方向轉動。繼續轉動手輪,當閥桿升到極限位置時,此時球也已隨閥桿倒轉了90°,閥門已處于全開位置。軌道硬密封球閥結構特點:傳統的球閥,無論是浮動式或固定式,球體與閥座始終接觸,開關扭矩大,密封面容易損傷,軌道球論著啟閉時,球體先偏轉-δ角,然后轉動,開關全過程中球體與閥座脫離,故閥座不會被擦傷,并且啟閉扭矩小。

When the valve is about to close, the valve stem drives the ball to rotate 90 ° without friction with the sealing surface of the valve seat. Continue to rotate the handwheel, the downward valve rod mechanically compresses the ball through the cam structure at the lower end of the valve stem, so that the sealing surface of the ball is in close contact with the sealing surface of the valve seat, thus achieving the purpose of sealing. When the track hard seal ball valve is in the fully closed position, turn the handwheel anticlockwise. With the cooperation of the stem nut and thrust bearing, the stem starts to rise and drives the ball to start to rotate,. Structural characteristics of rail hard seal ball valve: traditional ball valve, whether floating or fixed, always contacts the valve seat, with large switch torque and easy damage to sealing surface.
