德國《DE LOCKE》洛克進口對焊式管道阻火器是適用于石化、化工、輕工等行業的可燃氣體運輸過程中的安全裝置。阻火器有閥體和芯件兩部分組成。通過芯件來阻止火焰在管道內蔓延，其原理為“器壁效應”，就是火焰與器壁的碰撞進行能量轉換，減低了溫度，使其在芯件中熄滅避免了火焰在芯件的另一端復燃。是用來阻止易燃氣體和易燃液體蒸汽的火焰向外蔓延的安全裝置。設計阻火內件時，是根據不同混合氣體的介質、氣體的組分、壓力降、長徑比、彎頭數量來設計MESG值并達到一定阻火速度值的有規則填料。當火焰進入阻火器后，被有規則的阻火元件切割成許多細小的火焰流，由于傳熱的作用和器壁效應，進入的氣體被冷卻，使冷卻的氣體達不到著火溫度，沒有著火溫度就不能形成燃燒，最終使火焰流猝滅，從而達到阻火目的。
