二、進口自力式氮封閥優點:
a.無需外加能源,能在無電、無氣的場合工作,既方便又節約能源,降低成本。
b.氮封裝置供氮,泄氮壓力設定方便,可在連續經營的條件下進行。
c.壓力檢測膜片有效面積大,設定彈簧剛度小、動作靈敏、裝置工作平衡。

三、進口自力式氮封閥結構說明:
供氮裝置,將設在罐頂的取壓點的介質經導壓管引入檢測機構,介質在檢測元件上產生一個作用力與與彈簧、預緊力相平衡。
當罐內壓力降低至低于供氮裝置壓力設定點時,平衡破壞,使指揮器閥芯,打開,使閥前氣體經減壓閥,節流閥、進入主閥執行機構上、下膜室,打開主閥閥芯,向罐內充注氮氣;當罐內壓力升至供氮裝置壓力設定點,由于預設彈簧力,關閉指揮器閥芯、由于主閥執行機構中的彈簧作用,關閉主閥,停止供氮。
泄氮裝置,該裝置采用內反饋結構,介質直接經閥蓋進入檢測機構,介質在檢測元件上產生一個作用力與預設彈簧預緊力相平衡。當罐內壓力升高至高于泄氮裝置壓力設定點時,平衡被破壞,使閥芯上移,打開閥門,向外界泄放氮氣;當罐內壓力降至泄氮裝置壓力設定點,由于預設彈簧力作用,關閉閥門。
三、 Structural description of self-propelled nitrogen sealing valve at inlet:
Nitrogen supply device, the medium at the pressure taking point at the top of the tank is introduced into the testing mechanism through the pressure guide tube. The medium produces a force on the detection element and balances with the spring and the pre tightening force.
When the pressure in the tank is reduced to lower than the pressure setting point of nitrogen supply device, balance is damaged, so that the valve core of the command is opened, and the gas in front of the valve passes through the pressure reducing valve, throttle valve and the upper and lower membrane chambers of the main valve actuator, opens the main valve valve core and fills the tank with nitrogen; when the pressure in the tank rises to the pressure setting point of the nitrogen supply device, the command valve core is closed due to the preset spring force, and the main valve core is closed due to the preset spring force The spring in the actuator acts to close the main valve and stop the nitrogen supply.
The nitrogen releasing device adopts internal feedback structure, and the medium enters the detection mechanism directly through the valve cover. The medium produces a force on the detection element and balances with the pre tightening force of the preset spring. When the pressure in the tank rises to the pressure setting point higher than the pressure setting point of nitrogen releasing device, the balance is damaged, so that the valve core moves up, opens the valve and releases nitrogen to the outside; when the pressure in the tank drops to the pressure setting point of nitrogen releasing device, the valve is closed due to the preset spring force.
四、進口自力式氮封閥產品描述:
德國DE LOCKE洛克進口自力式氮封閥主要用于儲罐頂部氮氣壓力恒定控制,以保護罐內物料不被氮化及儲罐安全。氮封裝置由快速泄放閥及微壓調節閥兩大部分組成。快速泄放閥由壓力控制器及單座切斷閥組成。
儲罐內壓力升高至設定壓力時,快速泄放閥迅速開啟,將罐內多余壓力泄放。微壓調節閥在儲罐內壓力降低時,開啟閥門,向罐內充注氮氣。因微壓調節閥必須使用在壓力為0.1Mpa壓力以下,現場壓力較高,必須安裝壓力調節閥。
氮封裝置的供(泄)氮壓力設定方便,且可在連續生產的條件下進行;氮氣壓力設定范圍廣,低至0.5Kpa(50mm.w.c),高至Kpa,比值達132倍,壓力檢測膜片有效面積大,設定彈簧剛度小,動作極靈敏。
供氮壓力調整:在微壓調節閥壓力調節范圍內選定一設定值如1Kpa(100mm.w.c),通過調節調整螺絲2以改變彈簧3的預壓縮(拉伸)量來達到;
泄氮壓力調整:在快速泄放閥在的壓力控制器部分,通過調整座3,改變彈簧4預壓縮量達到。一般為避免氮封裝置啟閉頻繁,泄氮設定值應遠離供氮壓力值,如2Kpa(200mm.w.c);
呼吸閥高定值調整:在上述兩設定值調整好后,為避免呼吸閥啟閉頻繁,呼吸閥設定值應大于泄壓設定值。
