德國洛克《DE LOCKE》進口通風(fēng)蝶閥采用與閥體相同材料加工成密封圈，其適用溫度隨閥體選材而定，公稱壓力≤0.6MP工，一般適用工業(yè)、冶金、環(huán)保等管道作通風(fēng)調(diào)節(jié)介質(zhì)流量之用。蝶閥的啟閉件是用圓形蝶板作啟閉件并隨閥桿轉(zhuǎn)動來開啟、關(guān)閉和調(diào)節(jié)流體通道的一種閥門。蝶閥的蝶板安裝于管道的直徑方向。在蝶閥閥體圓柱形通道內(nèi)，圓盤形蝶板繞著軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)角度為0°~90°之間，旋轉(zhuǎn)到90°時，閥門則牌全開狀態(tài)。

2、閥門安裝前必須進行外觀檢查，閥門的銘牌應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《通用閥門標(biāo)志》GB 12220的規(guī)定。對于工作壓力大于1.0 MPa 及在主干管上起到切斷作用的閥門，安裝前應(yīng)進行強度和嚴(yán)密性能試驗，合格后方準(zhǔn)使用。強度試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍，持續(xù)時間不少于5min，閥門殼體、填料應(yīng)無滲漏為合格。嚴(yán)密性試驗時，試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.1倍；試驗持續(xù)的時間符合GB 50243要求。
